Do you have irritable bowel syndrome?

If so, you may qualify for a study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of repeated oral doses of a probiotic in adult subjects with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) constipation or diarrhea. The study lasts up to 16 weeks with 5 office visits.

You may qualify if:

    You have recurrent abdominal pain at least one day per week in the last 3 months associated with 2 or more of the following criteria.

  • Related to defecation

  • Associated with change in the frequency of stool

  • Associated with the change in form(appearance) of stool

The above criteria must be met for the last 3 months with symptom onset at least 6 months prior to diagnosis.
